Md. Yasin Miah FCA <\/strong> – Principal & CEO<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Md. Yasin Miah FCA is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and currently serves as a council member. He was the Vice President (Education & Examinations) of ICAB in 2023. Since October 2017, he has been the Principal & CEO of M M Yasin, Chartered Accountants. He is also the Chairman of P4 Consulting Limited. Mr. Miah is a VAT Consultant for the NBR (License No: VC-015\/2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Miah has been a faculty member of ICAB since 2008 and is an adjunct faculty member at BCS Tax Academy & BFTI. He is a Trainer on VAT & the SD Act 2012 & Income Tax Act 2023. He has served various PIEs (Public Interest Entities) from 1996 to 2017 in different capacities and statuses. He has attended numerous training programs, including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Advanced Certificate Course in Leadership & Communication for Senior Management, Fundamentals of Capital Market Research, and Best Tactics & Global Trends in Cash Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Md. Yasin Miah FCA served as Secretary & Chairman of the DRC-ICAB in 2014 & 2015. He is the Founder General Secretary of Professional Club Limited and a writer of articles for the monthly publication \u201cBank Bima Shilpa\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Md. Ziaul Karim<\/strong> – Consultant of ICT Based Professional Services<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Md. Ziaul Karim is a results-driven technology and IT leadership professional with over 27 years of progressive experience, including 19+ years in ICT governance, risk management, service delivery, and infrastructure security. As a strategic-minded executive, he excels at aligning IT initiatives with business goals to optimize operations, drive data-informed decisions, and enable organizational growth. His track record includes delivering BI-enabled management reporting and steering core financing software\/projects to support core business operations. He is adept at crafting IT strategies that support core business objectives while ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and operational resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Karim is a lifelong learner with a strong foundation in physics from Dhaka University and a suite of relevant trainings in data analytics, business analytics, AML\/CFT, CISA, and accounting fundamentals. He has continuously expanded his toolkit with hands-on experience in data analytics techniques, AI and machine learning concepts, and visualization platforms such as Power BI and Looker Studio.
